The Highlands at Burk's Fork is a rural mountain log home community nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains near the Blue Ridge Parkway. A native trout stream, Burk's Fork, runs through the entire length of the property. This property is slated for a maximum of twelve (12) home sites, most of which are approximately five (5) acres with two under five (5) acres.

The pricing for these sites includes a perk permit for the septic system, community roads, in-ground utilities, grading a pad for the home site and a one (1) acre Common Area near the entry to the community on the banks of Burk's Fork.

There will be a Homeowners Association to maintain the aesthetic quality of the development. A copy of planned restrictions for the development will be provided upon request.

This will be a log home community with a minimum home size of 1,500 square feet and a maximum of 4,000 square feet. Homes may be built from custom plans or from a log home kit purchased from any kit provider of your choice. Homes may be built and rented for all or part of the year as investment property or land may be held as an investment.
